Skindeep Booking & Cancellation Policies
We’re so glad you’re here. These policies help us run on time, keep appointments fair for everyone, and give you the best experience—every visit.

Booking Deposits
A $20 booking deposit per service is taken to secure your appointment.
Your deposit is fully redeemable against your service on the day you attend.
If fees apply: If a cancellation/reschedule fee is due, your deposit will be used toward that fee. Any remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.
Appointment Confirmations
You’ll receive an SMS reminder at 9am on the before your visit.

If you need to make a change, please let us know as early as possible. Contact us by phone, sms or email to make changes.
Rescheduling
Before close of business the day prior, No reschedule fee will apply - we’ll simply move your booking.
Same-day reschedule: A $20 reschedule fee applies.
We always use common sense and discretion (e.g., emergencies). Please call us if something unexpected comes up.
Cancellations
Inside 24 hours -Â A 50% fee of the booked service applies.
No-shows: 100% fee applies, as that time was reserved just for you.
Where applicable, fees are charged to the card on file. Your deposit may be forfeited and used toward the fee.
Membership Appointments
Same-day reschedule or no-show of a membership service: The booked membership session is forfeited for that month under membership terms.
We understand life happens—we’ll always consider genuine emergencies with discretion.
Course Packages (Pre-Paid Series)
Same-day reschedule or no-show: The session is counted as redeemed under your course/package terms.
For best results, we recommend keeping your planned schedule; consistency supports your skin outcomes.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late changes make it difficult to fill appointments and impact our therapists and other clients. These policies help us honour everyone’s time while delivering consistent care and results.
