Ever wondered what the skin routine of a beauty therapist is? Krista from Skindeep Mullaloo lets us in on her top tips.
My Daily Skin Routine:
Being a mum to an active 4 year old boy, my daily skin routine has to be something quick and simple whilst still getting the best results.
I like to give my face a gentle cleanse in the morning using my Priori Idebenone Facial Cleanser to remove any oil or bacteria that has accumulated during the night. I then use a pin head size drop of my RX Eye Dr Eye cream to hydrate the eye area and help keep the dreaded crow’s feet from showing.
From here I apply the wonderful Elizabeth Arden PRO Triple Action Protector all over.
This product is a saviour for anyone who is time poor, as it is a 50+ TINTED sunscreen, a moisturiser and your DNA cellular recovery as well as your daily dose on antioxidants – all in one easy to use pump bottle.
At night I again use my Priori Idebenone Facial Cleanser, cleansing my face twice (once to remove dirt/make-up and the second to give a true deeper clean). The great thing about this cleanser, is that if left on the skin for 3-5 minutes it works as a gentle peel. I then apply my Elizabeth Arden PRO Age Defying Serum with its Powerful anti-ageing properties (Vitamin A). To finish I then use Priori Idebenone Moisturiser over the top.
I like to treat my skin once a week by doing a Priori Replenishing Mask or an Aspect Dr Hydrating Mask, which I simply apply a thin layer and go to bed. This is a great way to get extra moisture into the skin while you sleep.
Youngblood Hot Tips:
If you’re always in rush like I am, and never have time to stand and perfect your brows, you need to get yourself the Youngblood Brow Artiste kit. It contains two coloured powders, a coloured Wax to keep the hairs in place and a two ended brush to apply product.
To use; Simply brush the brows with the spoolie (mascara brush), then use the other end of the brush to dab in each of the three palettes and apply!
This is quick and easy, and guaranteed to keep your brow game strong.
